Analogue Productions (Atlantic 75 Series). Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Atlantic Records! Genesis’ self-titled. Grammy-nominated album . Featuring “Mama,” “That’s All” and “Second Home By The Sea” 180-gram 45 RPM double LP. Pressed at Quality Record Pressings. Tip-on old style gatefold double pocket jacket by Stoughton Printing. “This sounds bigger, more luscious, more layering of the keyboards. .. the drums really do sound an awful lot better. Where there are guitars in the mix, they’re picked out better. I said this is probably 95% of ways this is better. I think you could almost say 50% of that is Collins’s vocal because it is a great vocal performance on this record and on this and on all of the tracks his vocal is richer. Fuller, more colorful, and more expressive.” — Dave Denyer

In the spring of 1983, members of Genesis reconvened at their studio, named The Farm in Chiddingfold, Surrey, to start work on a new studio album, their first since Abacab (1981). Genesis became their first album written, recorded, and mixed in its entirety at the studio room; previously they had to write in an adjoining space. Having the group work in their own space without the additional pressure of booking studio time and fees resulted in a more relaxed environment. They were joined by engineer Hugh Padgham, who had also worked on Abacab,

Eminem – Curtain Call – The Hits (2005/2021) [Aftermath Entertainment – 602498878965] [Vinyl FLAC 24-192]

Eminem – Curtain Call – The Hits (2005/2021) [Aftermath Entertainment – 602498878965]
Vinyl FLAC (tracks) 24 bit/192 kHz | Duration: 01:18:09 | 3,34 GB
Genre: Hip-Hop, Rap | Label: Aftermath Entertainment

Eminem’s 2005 greatest-hits compilation Curtain Call gathers all of Marshall Mathers’s boffo singles together in one convenient place. One could raise the argument that all the Eminem you really need can be found on the perfect one-two punch that was 1999’s The Slim Shady LP and 2000’s The Marshall Mathers LP, but the hit 2005 “best of” set Curtain Call is a pretty good way to keep up with the irascible rapper’s early post-millennial output. This easy-to-digest collection gathers together all of Mr. Mathers’s best-known singles, from “My Name Is” and “Guilty Conscience” to “Stan” and “The Real Slim Shady” to the 8 Mile soundtrack banger “Lose Yourself” and The Eminem Show keeper “Cleanin’ Out My Closet” and beyond. Three new tracks – “Fack,” “When I’m Gone” and “Shake That” (featuring Nate Dogg) – are appended to keep things fresh, while the inclusion of the live performance of “Stan” Eminem did with saucy gal pal Elton John at the 2001 Grammy Awards is a nice touch at the end. Ya can’t argue with the hits.

David Bowie – Hallo Spaceboy (Remixes by Pet Shop Boys and Ball & Vauk) (1996) [Virgin – SPRO-11513]
Vinyl FLAC (tracks) 24 bit/192 kHz | Duration: 25:39 | 974 MB
Genre: Electronic, Synth-pop, Progressive House | Label: Virgin

Mastered at The Townhouse Digital Mastering Studios, London.
“Hallo Spaceboy” is a song by the English musician David Bowie from his 20th studio album, Outside (1995). It originated as an instrumental by Reeves Gabrels called “Moondust”, which Bowie and Brian Eno stripped down and used to form the final track. An industrial rock and electronica number influenced by the Pixies and Nine Inch Nails, the song contains a hypnotic sound, with synthesisers, loops and distorted guitar lines. Lyrically influenced by Brion Gysin, the song contains images of apocalypse and continues the androgynous conundrums of former Bowie songs such as “Rebel Rebel”.
